Reward structure
Rewards are reviewed case by case and depend on lead validity, deal value, developer/brokerage rules, and whether Akakus receives an eligible commission. The public website does not promise fixed income, employment, or guaranteed payment.

A valid referral should include
- Client permission to share their contact information
- Correct name and WhatsApp number
- Approximate budget, goal, and buying timeline
- No existing active Akakus lead for the same client
- A genuine property requirement, not a cold contact list
Invalid or restricted referrals
- Leads submitted without client consent
- Duplicate leads already known to Akakus
- Fake, incomplete, or unreachable contacts
- Spam lists, scraped contacts, or purchased databases
- Claims that guarantee visa approval, profit, income, or property availability
