Privilege Club cashback and benefits terms
Cashback and benefits are subject to eligibility, approval, annual limits, developer policy, Akakus commission receipt, and written program terms. Nothing on this page is a guarantee of cashback, investment return, Golden Visa approval, mortgage approval, fixed price, fixed payment plan, or confirmed availability.
Cashback applies only to eligible off-plan transactions purchased through Akakus Real Estate.
Cashback is not guaranteed until approved by Akakus according to the written program terms.
Cashback may be paid only after Akakus receives its commission from the developer or relevant party.
If a transaction is cancelled, reversed, unpaid, non-compliant, or commission is not received, cashback may be cancelled.
Ready/resale deals, rentals, mortgage, furnishing, renovation, and referral deals are excluded unless manually approved in writing.
Cashback may be calculated on eligible property purchase value or another method stated in the client agreement.
Cashback may be provided as cash, service credit, furnishing credit, or future transaction credit depending on the approved terms.
Cashback cannot be combined with some promotions unless Akakus approves this in writing.
Benefits are subject to eligibility, annual limits, availability, developer policies, partner policies, and written approval.
Airport pickup, hotel, travel, lifestyle, helicopter, and 5-star experience benefits are subject to cap, availability, advance notice, and annual allowance.
Fraud, duplicate accounts, false information, misuse, document issues, or non-compliance may lead to suspension or cancellation.
Akakus may change program terms with notice. Existing written agreements control where expressly stated.
